3. Information We Collect.
(a) Our Service: We may collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your full name, phone number, email address, or similar, when you contact us via our contact forms. Such details may be added to our CRM, hosted by Squarespace. Accounts information will be stored on our 3rd party Accounting software, supplied by Coconut (Prepay Tech) and is used solely for the purpose of processing invoices. We will only send promotional or informational emails if you explicitly provide us with consent to do so, usually at the point of an enquiry. If you have opted in to these emails, you may opt out of them at any point either verbally or in writing to james@recastcoaching.co.uk; As a customer, you will receive emails relating to the services we provide.
(b) Cookies And Tracking Technologies: Technologies such as: cookies, tags and scripts are used by Recast Coaching Ltd (such as advertising, marketing and analytics), affiliates or analytics or service providers. These technologies may be used in analysing trends, administering the Site, tracking users’ movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. 9. Data Access, Correction, Deletion, and Opt Out.
For current or past Recast Coaching Ltd customers, you can request to review, correct, update or delete inaccuracies to the information about you that Recast Coaching Ltd, or third parties providing services to Recast Coaching Ltd, keep on file by emailing james@recastcoaching.co.uk. We will acknowledge your request within seventy-two (72) hours and handle it promptly and as required by law. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
